Terms of Service

Last updated 10 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]("BlizzStudios", "we", "us"), the company behind 1ClickOps. By creating an account or connecting a server, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

1. What 1ClickOps does

1ClickOps deploys and manages applications on servers youown or rent. We do not host your applications. You bring the server; we install a small program on it (the "agent") and send it instructions to install, start, stop, back up and update your applications.

Because your applications run on your server, you remain in control of them — and responsible for them.

2. The agent runs with administrator access

Please read this section carefully.

The agent runs as root (full administrator) on any server you connect. This is required to install Docker, configure the web server, manage certificates and run your applications. It also means that instructions we send can change anything on that server.

We take this seriously and have built specific protections around it: every instruction is cryptographically signed and verified by the agent before it runs; the agent will only perform a fixed list of known actions and rejects anything else; it independently refuses application configurations that would grant a container control of the host; and agent updates are signed with a key held offline, so a compromise of our systems alone cannot push code to your servers.

No protection is absolute. Do not connect a server that holds data you cannot afford to have exposed or lost, and do not connect a server you are not authorised to administer.

3. Your account

You sign in through a provider such as GitHub, Google, GitLab or Bitbucket, or by email link. Keep that account secure — anyone who can sign in as you can control your servers. We strongly recommend enabling two-step verification with your sign-in provider. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must give us accurate information.

4. Your servers, your costs, your content

You are responsible for your servers and for anything you run on them: the hosting bills, the licences, the content, and compliance with the law wherever you and your users are. We do not review what you deploy.

You must not use 1ClickOps to run anything unlawful, to attack or scan systems you do not own, to send unsolicited bulk email, to distribute malware, or to infringe someone else's rights. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is doing any of these, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.

5. Backups are stored on your server

Database backups are written to your server, and optionally to a storage bucket you configure with your credentials. We keep only a record of when a backup ran and whether it worked. We never hold a copy of your data.

This means we cannot restore your data for you if your server is lost and you have not set up off-site copies. Backup and recovery remain your responsibility. Please check that your backups actually restore — an untested backup is not a backup.

6. Automatic actions

Where you enable them, 1ClickOps will act on your behalf without asking each time: deploying when you push to your repository, creating preview environments for pull requests, taking scheduled backups, obtaining certificates for your domains, updating the agent, and restarting an application that stops responding.

Automatic restarts are limited and stop after repeated failure so that a genuinely broken application is escalated to you rather than restarted indefinitely. You can turn these behaviours off.

7. Availability and support

We do not currently offer a guaranteed uptime level. The service is under active development and may change, break or be unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it running and to warn you about changes that would disrupt you.

Support is provided by email at [SUPPORT_EMAIL], on a best-effort basis unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Fees

Where we have agreed a fee with you, it is payable as set out in that agreement or invoice. Fees exclude taxes unless stated. If you stop paying, we may suspend the service; your servers and their data remain yours and keep running, but we will stop managing them.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that deployments, backups, certificates or automatic recovery will always succeed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data. Our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000 if you have paid us nothing.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.

11. Ending the agreement

You may stop using 1ClickOps at any time and delete your account. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. On termination we delete or anonymise your account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Removing the agent from your servers is your responsibility; we will tell you how.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief anywhere.
