Questions about pricing
- What does the price pay for?
- 1ClickOps — deploying, watching, backing up and restoring your apps. The server itself you rent from a hosting company of your choice, and pay them directly.
- What happens if I go over a limit, or stop paying?
- Nothing that is running stops. A limit only stops you adding more servers, apps or people. If a payment fails, your plan stays for 14 days while it is retried; after that your workspace is treated as Free for anything new.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time, from Settings → Plan and billing. A cancelled plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
- Is keeping my data safe a paid extra?
- No. Nightly backups, one-click restore, checking that a backup is whole, off-site copies to your own storage, HTTPS and automatic restarts are on every plan, Free included.
