Use your own Cloudflare account

If your domain is on Cloudflare, connect it once and 1ClickOps makes your apps’ addresses there for you, in your own account, with no extra charge from us.

Connect it

  1. Open Settings, then Your Cloudflare account, and press Connect Cloudflare.
  2. Approve it on Cloudflare’s own page. 1ClickOps never sees your Cloudflare password.
  3. You come back to a page that says Connected, with your account’s name.

Put a server on your domain

  1. Open the server, then its Settings. In Put your apps on your own domain, pick the domain and press Use this domain.
  2. Apps on that server now get their addresses on your domain, with the padlock, made in your own account.
  3. To use a name of your own, open the app’s Web address, type it, for example www.yourshop.com, and press Continue. It goes live at once, with nothing to copy and nothing to wait for.
  • The name must sit directly under your domain, like www.yourshop.com.
  • Once a server has apps, its domain stays put. Remove its apps first to use another domain.

Limits of the secure tunnel

Using your domain here sends the server’s apps through a secure tunnel, so every visit goes through Cloudflare. A server that cannot take visitors directly is offered one too. Either way, Cloudflare’s limits apply:

  • Cloudflare stops waiting if an app takes more than about 2 minutes to start answering. Visitors see Cloudflare’s error 524. The app is not down; it answered too slowly.
  • Uploads are limited to about 100 MB on most Cloudflare plans, and 200 MB on Business.
  • Apps that stream their answers (most AI chat apps) are fine. Apps that think for minutes before replying, long exports and big uploads can fail.
A server with a public address of its own does not need a tunnel. There, add your own address on an app’s Web address page, and none of these limits apply.

What 1ClickOps can and cannot do

  • It adds and removes only the addresses it makes. An address you already have is never changed: it is refused instead.
  • It can change addresses and secure connections in your account. It cannot change your billing or your login.
  • You get an email every time the connection changes.
If Cloudflare stops accepting the connection, your sites stay up. Press Connect again to fix it. To stop, press Disconnect, or remove 1ClickOps under Authorized apps at Cloudflare.
